Finish by sitting with your feet elevated at/or above your waist for fifteen minutes and covered with a warm blanket or duvet. These six exercises will relax your feet and ankles, often help to diminish swelling, generally make your feet and legs feel warmer and increase the circulation to your lower extremities.
